About
A beautiful brand is certainly something to strive for. Visuals that evoke emotion. Messaging that motivates. But what happens when the customer’s experience doesn’t match up with those things?
Is that beautiful aesthetic in vain?
It doesn’t have to be. If you align your brand’s story to its actions.
Your website is an experience. And your pop-up event. And the follow-up emails after checkout. And the journey you take a client on. We want them to be remarkable.
So we get curious. We ask questions to understand the brand story. Then we get analytical and find out where it does and doesn’t show up. We map solutions to fill the gaps, implement them, and measure them.
That's not just how we think about brands. It's how we think about everything- a new idea that needs shape or a business ready for what's next. Bring us the ambiguous and/or half-formed problems. We'll help you get curious, then get it done.
And yes, we do it because consistency builds loyalty, which grows revenue. And because streamlining things tends to save money. Those are good reasons. But there's an even better one.
People.
Keeping your promise to people because you value human connection.
That's the work. Aligning what you say with what you do. For people.
We're KBW Brand Solutions. We help you be the promise keeper and do good business well.
Meet Katie
Katie started KBW Brand Solutions as a side project after grad school. It didn't stay a side project for long.
After 15 years moving across communications, operations, and project management, in various industries & company sizes, Katie found the spot where her skills, curiosity, and excitement intersect. So she made the leap.
Turns out there's something about the scrappy ones, the overlooked, and the small but mighty.
She'll take a chaotic startup over a corporate office any day. And she especially lights up around small teams that put purpose on equal footing with profit, sometimes ahead of it.
What keeps Katie up at night (in a good way) is the gap between what's promised and what actually happens. Sometimes that's a customer-facing gap. Most times it’s, simply, an idea without a plan. Either way, she's obsessed with closing the gap and bringing structure to the ambiguous. On purpose.
Katie holds a BA in Economics from Spelman College and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
